Seragon works with suppliers to meet product quality standards, assessing three components to our supply chain to optimise Seragon’s unique approach: our risk assessment and controls; quality management; and ongoing monitoring of our supply chain procurement process.
Risk assessment and control
We identify critical stages along our production process to ensure that we can control and troubleshoot issues in product quality, safety, efficacy, and delivery experience. In order to prioritize our supplier management activities, we work with our suppliers to train and implement risk assessment procedures that safeguard:
- The quality of our pharmaceutical ingredients for drugs and other product components
- Packaging and distribution to consumers.
- Standardized production of high volume or value of Seragon goods and services
Quality management
We ensure all pharmaceutical products from Seragon meet a standard for production and delivery for consumers.
